One of the most recommended dishes to try at Holy Crab is the Green Mumba which starts at $90/kg. You would notice that the sauce is green – which is basically why it’s called such a name and it’s all because of the green chilis added added on the secret sauce. The sauce is not too spicy and it is packed with ancient savory Asian flavors with its 12 other ingredients.
It might not look enticing to some people, but it is honestly bursting with flavors as soon as you taste the sauce. The crabs used on Holy Crabs are 100% antibiotic-free and they are all sourced all the way from Sri Lanka and Alaska.
