Top 5 Must Try PS Cafe Menu Singapore
The PS Cafe is a popular cafe located in Singapore. It has many features that make it a great place to eat, such as its cozy atmosphere and the wide range of menu options. However, the PS Cafe is best known for its delicious food. If you are planning on visiting Singapore, then you should definitely add this cafe to your list of places to try.
Here are some of the top five must try menu items from PS Cafe Singapore:
PS. Truffle Shoestring Fries
I’m not a huge fan of fries. I have never been able to get into them. I do like potatoes and fried food, but the combination of those two just isn’t doing it for me. I wanted to give these a try because they sounded pretty interesting and different from anything else on the menu. The truffle oil gave these fries a very strong smell, which was something I wasn’t expecting since it’s such a small amount in each fry.
But once you taste one of these fries, they are delicious! The flavor isn’t overpowering like I thought it might be with the truffle oil and cheese, but it is still present enough to make these fries stand out from other types of fast food options.
These are definitely something worth trying if you like French fries or are looking for something different than what you normally see at your local fast food restaurant!
PS. Spaghetti Bolognese
This pasta is made from fresh ingredients and is served in homemade sauce with bacon and crispy basil leaves.
The sauce is thick and smooth, with a hint of spice and just enough saltiness to bring out the flavors of the ingredients. The bacon is crispy with just enough fat to make it nice and juicy, but not so much that it’s greasy or overwhelming.
The basil leaves add a freshness to the dish that gives it a great balance of flavors. This pasta is filling, but not heavy—it’s light enough to eat as an appetizer or as part of a meal. You’ll definitely want some bread to soak up the sauce!
Double Chocolate Blackout Cake
The Double Chocolate Blackout Cake was a decadent delight. It had a light and fluffy chocolate cake base, topped with a rich mousse layer, and then covered in dark chocolate ganache. It was also served with whipped cream and a dark chocolate sauce that brought the whole thing together in an explosion of chocolatey goodness.
The cake was so rich that even though it was delicious, I couldn’t finish the whole thing. The whipped cream was nice and light, which made it great for cutting into the heavier cake layers, but it wasn’t overly sweet. The dark chocolate sauce added just the right amount of extra flavor to make this dessert truly unforgettable!
The presentation was very professional, with all the plates matching and everything looking very neat and tidy. The server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for other meals, which was especially appreciated since I’d never tried this place before.
Thai Chicken & Basil Bowl
This food is the best among the dishes I’ve tried. The flavors are so fresh and vibrant, it’s like you’re eating at a Thai street market. The chicken is perfectly cooked, and it’s wok-fried with basil leaves so that it’s crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside.
The prawn salad has just the right amount of crunch to balance out the softness of the egg, which is sunny side up with a runny yolk that mixes in with all those other flavors.
The coconut rice is so delicious and fragrant; it’s really what ties this whole dish together. You’ll want to eat every last bite and then lick your fingers clean afterwards!
PS. Impossible Burger
If you’re looking for something that’s a little bit different than your run-of-the-mill burger, PS. Impossible Burger is the place to go.
Their Impossible patty has a unique texture that’s unlike any other burger out there: it’s soft and juicy, but also somehow crispy on the outside. And the vintage cheddar, wilted spinach, sauteed mushrooms, tomato and crispy onions give it a complex flavor that keeps you coming back for more.
They serve their burgers with shoestring fries—but these aren’t just any shoestring fries! They have an extra crunchy texture that makes them stand out from other restaurants’ versions, while still retaining all of the flavor you’d expect from a good fry.
My favorite thing about PS.’ Impossible Burgers is how they manage to combine tastes in ways I would never have thought possible—like when they add sriracha mayo to one of their sandwiches and it turns out amazing! If you’re looking for something new and exciting that feels like comfort food at its best, this is definitely the place for you!
