Stir-fried Kai Lan with Mushroom
Stir-fried Kai Lan with Mushroom is a great choice for those who want to eat healthy. It contains no oil and is made with vegetables. This recipe for stir-fried Kai Lan with Mushroom is one of my favorites. I love that it’s not just about the vegetables—it has a lot of great flavor from the mushrooms, garlic and ginger.
The tofu gives this dish some protein and also makes it heartier, so you don’t feel like you’re eating a side dish. It’s a meal in itself mushrooms and tofu.

Pad Thai Noodle with Prawn
The Pad Thai Noodle with Prawns is one of my favorite dishes. The main ingredients are rice noodles and prawns, which makes the meal very filling and satisfying. The sauce is made up of tamarind pulp, fish sauce, palm sugar and garlic chives.
This combination of ingredients makes the sauce so delicious! It has a sweet taste because of the palm sugar, but it also has some sourness from the tamarind pulp. The addition of garlic chives gives it a nice crunchy texture and a fresh herb flavor.
The prawns were cooked perfectly, and I liked that there were vegetables included in the dish as well. It was a good amount of food for the price!
Mango Sticky Rice
“I have to say, I wasn’t expecting much from this dish. But man, I was wrong! It’s sweet, creamy, and not too heavy. Plus it’s got a ton of fruit in it to make sure you get some vitamins.”
This dessert has all the elements of a great sticky rice dish: sweet coconut milk, tender sticky rice, and juicy mangoes. The combination of textures and flavors makes this dish one of my favorites!
If you’re looking for a dessert that’s both delicious and super easy to eat, this is it! The ingredients are simple and inexpensive, and the result is a delicious treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping your wallet happy.
Claypot Prawn Tang Hoon
The Claypot Prawn Tang Hoon is the best! I love how the noodles are cooked al dente and they have just the right amount of wok hei. The prawns are also delicious and are cooked perfectly so that they are not rubbery at all. The soup is delicious too – it’s thick but not overpowering due to all the goodness from the prawn heads and shells.
The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the broth is delicious. The only thing I would say is that if you’re not into seafood, it’s probably not the place for you—because there’s a lot of it. However, if you like seafood, this is definitely worth checking out!
The sauce is rich and creamy, but not too heavy. The portion is generous and the veggies are fresh. Overall it’s a great meal!If you’re looking for a new dish to try, I highly recommend Green Curry Chicken! V
